		Marketing News: Chassis Registration February 22, 2001 Chassis Registration In our continuint effort to improve chassis availability, improve data integrity and ensure the proper chassis/container match to prtect your laeds, we are tightening chasses edits at the gates of our intermodal facilities. We are asking that all draymen and trucking companies register their private chassis with BNSF over the next few weeks. The registration process is at no cost and involves only advising BNSF of chassis that are owned or leased by draymen and trucking companies that pull equipment out of BNSF facilites. By the end of March, only those private chassis that are registered with BNSF will be allowed to pull containers out of our intermodal facilites. Please have your trucker or drayman register their private chassis with BNSF as soon as possible to ensure that your traffic is not delayed. The require information should be faxed to BNSF as indicated below.
