Accounting - Elk Grove Village, IL
Process accounts payable
and accounts receivable. Manage bank and general ledger reconsciliations.
Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules. Supervise/train
accounting and billing personnel. Perform month-end closings. Post journal
entries. Design and implement cost accounting systems. Conduct customer
profitablility analysis.
Requirements: The
position offered requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Finance or Accounting and 2 years experience in the position offered or
related. Experience must oinclude a minimum 2 years of accounting/financial
management in the logistics industry.

Full Time Customer Service Position - Elk Grove Village, IL (06/20/11)
IAll customer service
representatives interact with customers to provide information in response
to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.
They communicate with customers through a variety of means—by telephone;
by e-mail, fax, regular mail; or in person.
Most customer service representatives use computers and telephones extensively
in their work. Customer service representatives enter information into
a computer as they are speaking to customers and schedule appointments
with customers. Often, companies have large amounts of data, such as account
information, that is pulled up on a computer screen while the representative
is talking to a customer so he or she can answer specific questions. Customer
service representatives also usually have answers to the most common customer
questions, or guidelines for dealing with complaints.

to conduct the following duties: Analyze financial information and prepare
financials reports; analyze business operations to project future revenues
and expenses and to provide advice; report to management regarding finances;
